Deploy isolated Kubernetes clusters with lightning speed for testing and development purposes with SMEK.
Perfect for developers and DevOps engineers, SMEK offers an API-centric approach for rapid and hassle-free provisioning of isolated Kubernetes clusters. Its primary use cases currently include:
Key Features
  • Automated Testing in CI environments.
  • Development scenarios where software deployment necessitates an isolated Kubernetes environment.

Getting Started

To get started, all you need is curl and an API token. Upon requesting an ephemeral cluster, gain access to your K8s environment within seconds. Your cluster remains exclusive to you, granting full admin privileges, including root access to the nodes. Additionally, you can attach disks, whether formatted or as raw devices, enabling the deployment of sophisticated infrastructure components like Rook/Ceph, databases, various CNI network plugins, and more. SMEK also supports binding to ports 80 and 443, and if needed, provides direct assistance in creating cloud resources such as load balancers or dynamic persistent volumes.
Note: SMEK, also known as disposable Kubernetes as a service, or by its acronym "e-kiss" (ephemeral Kubernetes in seconds), offers unparalleled speed and convenience in provisioning isolated Kubernetes clusters.
