His experience includes many years of General Management in large and small companies with a focus on International business in over 50 countries as well as Sales leadership and Mergers and Acquisitions of multiple technology companies.
As Company Secretary Gemma is responsible for the Corporate Secretarial and Corporate Governance matters of Eliatra. She provides comprehensive legal and administrative support and guidance to the Board of Directors and assists with and executes documentation on behalf of the company. It is her responsibility to ensure that the company operates in line with relevant legislation and for developing and implementing processes to promote and sustain good corporate governance. Gemma is an affiliated member of the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland and her mission is to provide effective and efficient legal and secretarial services that support the vision and values of the organization she works with.
